McCrory Manor is a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility. We also offer
enrollment into Evercare - a Medicare Advantage program that provides an on-site
Nurse Practitioner .
We do provide
short term rehabilitation services. Contrary to popular belief, there generally
are available beds for this service due to numerous discharges with residents
returning home upon completion of their therapy. If you are planning a hip or
knee replacement, or are recuperating after a long illness and hospitalization,
please contact our Admissions Director to learn how we can be of help to you.
Because there generally are few vacancies, however, with our long
term care beds it is highly recommended that you submit an application in order
to get on our waiting list if your are interested in a long term care stay.
Applications are reviewed individually to determine the appropriate level of
care. Our Admissions Director would be happy to meet with you at any time to
discuss your application, answer questions and give you a tour.

(614) 751-8311 to set up an appointment for a tour, ask questions, or request an
admission packet. The Admission Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4
PM but there is generally someone on hand that can answer questions or give you
