Sister Pauline Ross, Administrator |

Sister Pauline has been a Carmelite Sister since
1958. She has an MSW from New York University and is a Licensed Independent
Clinical Social Worker.
She has been a nursing home administrator since 1982 and is licensed in Ohio,
New York and Massachusetts. She has been at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor since
the home opened in 2005.

Sandy Conklin, Admissions |

Sandy has a BS in Education and has worked with the
Carmelite Sisters since the mid 1980’s, first at St. Raphael’s where she did an
internship in therapeutic education while at OSU and now at Mother Angeline
McCrory Manor. She is responsible for Admissions and is the primary contact
person for inquiries about the facility.

Patrick Mahoney,
Director of Rehabilitation Services |

Patrick J. Mahoney is the founder and President/CEO of Physical Therapy
Consultive Services (PTCS), a private practice which was established in
1972 and provides physical, occupational and speech therapies in the
greater Columbus area.
Pat received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and
graduate degrees in physical therapy from the The Ohio State University. |

He is presently a doctoral candidate at Ohio State
University with emphasis on policy and leadership. Pat has been affiliated
with the academic and clinical faculty of the Physical Therapy program at
The Ohio State University since 1972. He served as Academic Coordinator of
clinical education for twenty years and continues to serve as Center
Coordinator for Clinical Education for over ten affiliating colleges and
universities. Pat has worked with the Carmelite Sisters since the 1980's
first at St. Raphael's Home, St. Rita's and now at Mother Angeline McCrory
Manor.

Peggy Collins, Assistant Administrator |

|
Prior to coming to Mother Angeline McCrory Manor, Peggy was at St.
Raphael’s Home for 31 years.
As Assistant Administrator, she oversees
admissions, social service, discharge planning, activities, pastoral care,
volunteers and the Beauty and Barber Salon.

Sister Mary Rose Heery, Director of Nursing
Sister Mary Rose has been a member of the Carmelite Sisters since 1985.
She has a BSN degree and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau.
She is responsible for all nursing activities at the facility.

Michael Elston, Director of Food Services |

Mike has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and an
Associates Degree in Food Service from Ferris State University in Big
Rapids Michigan.
Mike is a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food Protection
Professional. He comes to us with 2 years experience as an Assistant
Restaurant Manager, 7 years experience as a Hospital Dining Services
Director and 6 years as a Dining Services Director for a Retirement
Home. Mike states "Professional credentials are important, but, his
dedication to the residents and his co-workers is what takes the dining
experience to the highest level."

Sherry Worthington, Controller |
|
|
Sherry began working with the Carmelite
Sisters in 1980 at the former St. Rita's Home on Greenwood Avenue as an
Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources & Business offices. As a result
of her outstanding performance, she subsequently became the Human Resources
Manager and Controller at this facility. In 1997, she relinquished the Human
Resource position when she also became the Controller at St. Raphael’s Home.
Sherry’s background is in office management. |

27 years after embarking on her career,
Sherry says she cannot imagine herself doing anything else. She loves working
with the residents of the home, enjoys her colleagues and truly believes in the
mission of the Carmelite Sisters which is to bring Christ to every old person
entrusted to their care. "This truly underscores all they do and is what makes
Mother Angeline McCrory Manor unique", she says.
